The staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. We have been using Progressive for several years and have no bugs in our home. When Lisa calls to make the appointment she always asks if we have any issues or concerns and the tech also asks when they arrive. The answer is always no we just don't see any live bugs no even around the immediate exterior of our home.

Great people, great company. We've been with Progressive for about 10 years now. The techs that come out have always been very courteous and friendly. They treat twice a year (instead of quarterly, like many others). You might think this means more bug problems, but whatever it is that they do truly lasts 6 months for us. Bonus in that we only have to prep for spraying twice a year instead of four. Highly recommend these folks. You won't be disappointed!

I love Progressive Pest Control! We have used them for 17 years, and have been extremely pleased. They arrive on time or early for every appointment, they pay special attention to any pest control needs we have, and they will come back anytime within 6 months if you see a pest crawling. However, in 17 years, I have only had to call them 2-3 times in between sprays every 6 months. That's how great their product works!! Love this company! It's small and family owned!

Brandon was great! He was very pleasant and addressed all of our problems and removed some Joro spider nests. Was very informative about possible upcoming pest invasions and what to do about it. Excellent service! And our old cat loved him!
