Have been using Progressive Pest Control for 10 yrs in our current home and prior in Sugar Hill. We have been pleased with their service and technicians. Although they say to call if we see any problem, we have never had to call between our 6mos visits. Our technician today was impressed with his thoroughness, efficiency and friendliness. Also Progressive sends out discount coupons, which are much appreciated. He reminded me to look for mine!!

We have used Progressive Pest Control twice a year for the past 4 or more years. We had a recent pest control service for household bugs in June with Hanzel. He was extremely professional, explaining what he was doing and why, just like the previous Progressive technicians. He covered his feet when entering our home. He was considerate of our dog and kids being home. He was also personable and knowledgeable to answer my questions, listened to my concerns and provided reasonable considerations regarding ants and moths sometimes seen in our kitchen. We have not had a problem with either bug since his service. Highly recommended.

Great people, great company. We've been with Progressive for about 10 years now. The techs that come out have always been very courteous and friendly. They treat twice a year (instead of quarterly, like many others). You might think this means more bug problems, but whatever it is that they do truly lasts 6 months for us. Bonus in that we only have to prep for spraying twice a year instead of four. Highly recommend these folks. You won't be disappointed!

I love Progressive Pest Control! We have used them for 17 years, and have been extremely pleased. They arrive on time or early for every appointment, they pay special attention to any pest control needs we have, and they will come back anytime within 6 months if you see a pest crawling. However, in 17 years, I have only had to call them 2-3 times in between sprays every 6 months. That's how great their product works!! Love this company! It's small and family owned!

The technician was informative and helpful during this most recent insect prevention treatment. My first time meeting him, but all of the staff who have visited my home from Progressive over the years have always been very good! I love that their insect treatments last 6 months; the need for less frequent appointments is awesome! And the total yearly price is comparable to other companies that have to treat every 3 months. And their treatments work… If I find bugs, they’re dead or dying. In fact, I’ve never had to call them back for a re-treatment like I did with previous companies.
