The staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. We have been using Progressive for several years and have had no bugs in our home. When they call to schedule an appointment, they always ask if we have any issues or concerns, and the technician asks the same question upon arrival. The answer is always no—we simply don't see any live bugs, not even around the immediate exterior of our home.
